Pakistani citizens will now be able to enter Bangladesh even without security clearance. The interim government of Bangladesh has abolished the condition of security clearance before applying for visa for Pakistani citizens. According to local media reports, the Security Services Division (SSD) of the Home Ministry of Bangladesh informed the Foreign Ministry about this.
Since 2019, Pakistani citizens were required to obtain a non-objection certificate from SSD before applying for a Bangladeshi visa. At the same time, there is a reduction in the number of visas given to Indian citizens for Bangladesh. Dhaka has sent an order to Kolkata Mission of Bangladesh regarding this.
India will understand how to advance relations with Bangladesh
The tension in the relations between Bangladesh and India is continuously increasing. Bangladesh's Foreign Advisor Tauheed Hussain also accepted this change. He said-
There has been a change in relations with India after August 5 and this is the reality. I believe that India will understand how to take forward relations with Bangladesh in the changed circumstances.
Mohammad Yunus' government is continuously trying to improve relations with Pakistan. Only last month, direct sea connectivity between Pakistan and Bangladesh was started. Then a cargo ship from Karachi, Pakistan reached Chittagong Port in Bangladesh via the Bay of Bengal.

7 arrested in sabotage case in Bangladeshi Commission
On Thursday, Yunus government has recalled its 2 diplomats from Kolkata and Tripura. This action has been taken due to the incident of vandalism at the Bangladeshi Deputy High Commission in Agartala on 2 December.
Amidst the increasing tension between the two countries, the Bangladesh government had also summoned the Indian diplomat. Tripura Police suo motu registered a case and arrested seven people involved in the vandalism incident at Bangladesh Mission.
Around 50 people had infiltrated the Bangladesh Deputy High Commission in Agartala, Tripura.
