According to sources, Arsh Dalla was shot on his arm in the shootout that took place in Halton on October 28. Arsh was with Gurjant in his car. During this time, a car stopped near his car and shots were fired from the other car. After which the said car was somehow driven away from there. Investigation revealed that two bullets were fired by Arsh Dalla. Whose cartridges have been recovered by the police.

Gurjant Singh along with Arsh got Arsh admitted to the hospital for treatment and from there the information was given to the police. After investigation, police recovered some illegal weapons from Arsh's house. After which the police took Arsh and Gurjant into custody. Both were on remand of Peel police for three days. Let us tell you that Gurjant Singh alias Junta was also wanted by Punjab Police in more than 2 dozen cases.

In 2022, gangster and Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) operative Arshdeep Singh Gill alias Arshdeep Dalla was declared a terrorist by the Union Home Ministry. Arsh, who went into hiding in Canada from Moga, Punjab, is accused of being involved in terrorist activities apart from murder, extortion and heinous crimes in the country and abroad.

The National Investigating Agency (NIA) has found him guilty in cases of murder, fundraising for terror, attempt to murder, promoting communal issues and creating terror among the people in Punjab.

According to the Union Home Ministry, Arshdeep is very close to wanted terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar under UAPA. Operates the terrorist module on his behalf. Apart from terrorist activities, murder, extortion, he is also involved in smuggling of drugs and weapons on a large scale.

More than 300 active members in the gang

According to Punjab Police records, more than 60 of Arsh's associates have been arrested after being declared a terrorist. Weapons were recovered from them. Most of the weapons were found to have links with Pakistan. At present, Arsh, who is operating the Khalistan organization from Canada, has more than 300 active members, who commit crimes at his behest. Also, after the death of Nijjar, Arsh Dalla now looks after all the work of KTF.
