Gain new experiences- Meet new people, go to new places and gain new experiences. Believe me, doing this will give you immense happiness. It will give you the same feeling as when we used to be happy learning something new in childhood. Self-reflection is important- Think about yourself and try to understand your feelings. Self-reflection is most important at such times. Help others- Helping others can help you forget your sorrows. You will also feel happy. Do meditation and yoga- Meditation and yoga can provide you peace and stability. You may not like it in the beginning, but after some time it will bring positive changes in you. Stay away from toxicity- If you have any old relationships that are hurting you, try to leave them. Make a new beginning- Make a new beginning and try to improve your life. Also move forward by forgiving people and yourself. Focus on the future, not the past because we cannot change what happened in the past, but we can control what will happen in the future.
