The victim immediately complained about the matter to the cyber cell of Jodhpur Rural Police. The police immediately took action and froze the hackers' bank accounts and got the money held. After this, the police got Rs 1 lakh 57 thousand 100 refunded to the victim through the court.

Another similar case came to light from Shergarh tehsil area of ​​Jodhpur. Where a message came on the mobile of a young man, in which it was written that ' to join the Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme of the Central Government.' As soon as the link was clicked, a suspicious app was downloaded in the mobile. After some time, Rs 41 thousand 200 were withdrawn from the youth's bank account. The young man immediately informed the police about the matter. The police showed promptness and got Rs 41,200 refunded from the hacker's bank account on September 12.
