Lawrence, who cut Shraddha into 35 pieces, got scared of Bishnoi: Aftab is not coming to the court due to fear, Shraddha's father said – you will get peace only if you die.

May 18, 2022 Late night there was an argument between Shraddha Walkar and her live-in partner Aftab. The matter escalated and Aftab strangled Shraddha to death. Both were living on rent in Mehrauli, Delhi. Aftab remained with Shraddha's dead body for two days.

,

During this time, he kept searching on Google for ways to dispose of the dead body. Went to the market on 19th May and returned with a 300 liter fridge. Also bought a saw. Shraddha's dead body was cut into 35 pieces and kept in the fridge. Then he kept throwing them in the forests of Chhatarpur at night.

This CCTV footage is from the night of October 18, 2022. In this, Aftab is seen carrying a bag at night. The footage is from 5 months after Shraddha's murder and 24 days before Aftab's arrest.

It's been two and a half years, no verdict has been given in the Shraddha murder case. Shraddha's father Vikas Valkar is waiting for the court to sentence Aftab so that he can perform the last rites of his daughter. According to Vikas, I never saw any fear or wrinkle on the face of Aftab, who killed Shraddha so brutally.

Aftab, lodged in Tihar jail number 4, is now scared. The fear is of losing one's life. Shivkumar, the accused shooter in the murder of Baba Siddiqui in Mumbai, has told the police that Aftab is the target of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. His shooters have also done Reiki while going to and from the court. When the news came out, Aftab's lawyer requested for his online appearance, which was accepted by the court.

Saket Court of Delhi has framed charges against Aftab Poonawala in the case of murder and destruction of evidence. The court said that Delhi Police has enough evidence.

Shraddha murder case is being heard in Saket Court of Delhi. The trial is going on right now. The testimony of the doctor, Shraddha's friend and the delivery boy has been done. Vikas Walkar came to Delhi from Mumbai for the hearing on 27 November. After the hearing, Dainik Global News Daily talked to him about the status of the case and Lawrence Gang.

'Don't know when daughter's murderer will be punished' Now Aftab is not physically coming to the court. Vikas Valkar never saw a wrinkle on Aftab's face. Now the same Aftab attends the trial through video call due to fear of Lawrence gang. After the news of recce of Lawrence Gang came in the media, Tihar Jail administration has also become alert.

When we asked Vikas about this, he said, 'When I came to the court and saw Aftab alive, it felt very strange. I also feel angry, but what can I do? If Lawrence Bishnoi does something with Aftab, I will feel very at peace. My daughter will also find peace.

'When will he be punished, how much time will it take, we don't know yet. Every time they say that punishment will be given in 2 to 3 months. The same was said 4-5 months ago also.

'Aftab has no regrets, what is the use of keeping him alive' Vikas Valkar further says, 'I never felt that Aftab ever felt remorse, nor did he ever seem scared. He acts as if he has not done anything.

'What is the use of keeping such a man alive when he does not regret his actions. If he has to be hanged, it should be done quickly. Or people like Lawrence Bishnoi should eliminate him.

'If I had found any part of my daughter's body, I would have been able to perform the last rites. Shraddha's father sometimes becomes emotional while talking. Not being able to perform the last rites of his daughter hurts his heart. He says, 'I have already demanded from the court that some body parts of the daughter should be found, so that I can perform her last rites.'

'The court has said that no body part can be given till the decision of the case comes. The decision of the case will come from this scientific evidence. The final decision will be taken, only then we will be able to get the body parts for the last rites. So I'm just waiting. How long this wait will be, I don't know yet.

This is the visual of Aftab after his arrest. At that time he appeared completely carefree.

'Why did Aftab's family abscond, they should also be investigated' Shraddha's father also raises questions on Aftab's family. He says, 'Aftab's parents should also be investigated. Mumbai Police had shown great negligence in the beginning. My daughter had initially complained about Aftab, but the police did not take it seriously.

'After this the case was opened, then Aftab's family left the house. I think he might have also played a role in the whole matter. Therefore there should be an investigation.

'I have already complained to Mumbai Police. Shraddha had complained to the Mumbai Police when she said that Aftab was threatening to kill her and cut her into pieces. This reveals Aftab's conspiracy. Still Mumbai Police did not take action.

'If the police had taken action at the right time, my daughter would have been alive. My financial condition is not good. It is very difficult to come to Delhi from Mumbai and make rounds of the court. That's why I want Aftab to get death sentence as soon as possible.

This was the first footage of Aftab after his arrest. He was brought to the forensic lab for a polygraph test. Then Aftab was kept in police custody in Mehrauli police station.

Lawyer said- trial will end in 2 to 3 months We also spoke to advocate Seema Kushwaha who is fighting Shraddha's case. She says, 'Shraddha has many friends from Mumbai. Their statements have also been recorded in the court. Statements from college friends have already been made. Shraddha and Aftab lived together and often ordered food online. Statements of those delivery boys have also been taken. Now the doctor's statement has been recorded. Many scientific tests and reports have come to the court.

'At the present stage of the case, it is expected that the trial will be completed soon. I think it will take 2 to 3 months. The case is in trial, so we cannot tell anything about it.

Will Aftab get death sentence? On this question, Advocate Seema Kushwaha says, 'I take this case in three ways. As a lawyer, a citizen and a woman. As one of the three, I would like that the accused should not get any punishment less than death penalty at any cost. He has committed a crime, he is the rarest of the rarest. He should get death penalty only. This will be our demand from the court.

Shraddha's bones are case property, hence cannot be found for cremation Shraddha's father is not able to perform the last rites of his daughter. When asked about this, Advocate Seema Kushwaha says, 'Aftab had thrown Shraddha's body parts in the forest of Mehrauli. Their samples were taken. In the forensic lab investigation, Shraddha's father's DNA matched with the bones. So now that is case property. Those bones cannot be destroyed until the trial is completed. Shraddha's father will have to wait to perform the last rites.

On the threat to Aftab from Lawrence Gang, Seema Kushwaha says, 'If this threat had been given by the family of the deceased girl or her father, it would have been a very serious matter. They themselves are victims. Someone else is threatening, it means how many people are affected by the case. How sad they are.

'It is also worth thinking about how can someone commit such a bad crime. The court needs evidence. The court has also taken this seriously. Therefore, on the demand of Aftab's lawyer, he is not being called physically to the court.

Aftab lived on the first floor of this green colored building. The people living in the building did not even know his name before this case.

Shraddha was murdered on May 18, 2022 According to police investigation, Shraddha Walkar was murdered on May 18, 2022. After this, Aftab kept disposing of his dead body by cutting it into pieces. Shraddha's phone was going switched off since May 2022. A complaint was also made in this case to Mumbai Police. Later Delhi Police was contacted.

On November 12, 2022, Delhi Police had arrested Aftab, an ordinary looking boy from Chhatarpur area. Since then he is lodged in Tihar Jail Number-4.

After the murder was revealed, the brutality that happened to Shraddha came to light. During interrogation, it was revealed that after the murder, Aftab burnt Shraddha's face so that she could not be identified. While cutting the dead body, he kept drinking beer, ordering food from Zomato and eating it.

For the next 18 days, he would go out every night at 12 o'clock and throw the dead body pieces in the forest of Chhatarpur. Some bones were big, so they were ground and thrown away. He did not throw away Shraddha's phone, to show that she was alive, he replied to her friends' messages, picked up calls and kept misleading her family.

Aftab fooled the police also Shraddha's family could not contact her and her phone also started switching off, so in October the family lodged a missing report at Manikpur police station in Mumbai. The police had called Aftab for questioning. Aftab looked very normal, he behaved in such a way that the police did not suspect him. He tricked the police by telling the story that Shraddha had left of her own free will.

Even after contacting the police, Aftab did not go underground. He was confident that he would dodge the police. He remained absolutely normal during police interrogation. Manikpur police once again called Aftab for questioning. This time also Aftab was completely carefree and calm. The police took his two-page written statement and he repeated the same story that Shraddha had left him after a fight.
