Baba Kedarnath will be worshiped for six months at the winter seat of Shri Omkareshwar Temple, Ukhimath. The doors of Gangotri Dham were closed at 12.14 pm on Saturday afternoon.
The doors of Baba Kedarnath were opened on 10th May. Till November 1, 16 lakh 15 thousand 642 devotees visited Kedarnath Dham. More than 13 lakh devotees reached Badrinath Dham. Till Friday evening, 7.10 lakh devotees had reached Yamunotri Dham and 8.11 lakh devotees had reached Gangotri.
The Panchmukhi Utsav idol of Baba Kedarnath reached the temple premises on Friday itself.
On Saturday, the Panchmukhi idol of Baba Kedarnath was brought out of the store. The Panchmukhi Utsav idol was bathed by priest Shivshankar Linga. After which religious leader Aunkar Shukla, Vedpathi Swayambar Semwal performed the puja. After this the devotees had darshan of the Panchmukhi Utsav idol. After circumambulating the temple, the Panchmukhi Utsav idol of Lord Kedarnath, Doli, was installed in the temple premises.

After this, the Panchmukhi Utsav idol of Baba Kedarnath, after traveling at various stops, will reach the winter seat of Shri Omkareshwar Temple Ukhimath.
