3 terrorists involved in Srinagar grenade blast arrested Kashmir IGP VK Birdi had also told that on November 3, there was a grenade attack in the Sunday market near the Tourist Reception Center (TRC) of Srinagar. 12 people were injured in this attack. Three local terrorists of Lashkar-e-Taiba involved in the attack were arrested.

The IGP said that these three had carried out this attack on the orders of the terrorists present in PoK. The arrested terrorists have been identified as Usma Yasin Shaikh, Omar Faiyaz Shaikh and Afnan Ahmed. All of them are residents of Ikhrajpora, Srinagar. A case has been registered against all three under UAPA.
