Chinese tech company Vivo has today (September 25) launched a new smartphone 'Vivo V40e' from the Vivo V40 series in the Indian market. The smartphone will have a 5500mAh battery with 80W fast charging support, 3D AMOLED curved display with 2000 nits peak brightness and a 50MP selfie camera.
The Vivo V40e smartphone has been given IP64 rating protection against dust and water. Apart from this, the smartphone has an in-display fingerprint sensor, dual stereo speakers and aura light on the back panel, which will also work as a notification blinker.
Vivo has launched this new smartphone in two color options – Royal Bronze and Mint Green. In the Indian market, it has been launched with 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 12GB storage with 256GB storage, whose starting price is Rs 33,999. However, on pre-booking, both the smartphones are getting a discount of up to Rs 5000.

The smartphone is available for pre-booking on the company's website, and its sale will begin from October 2. On pre-booking with HDFC and SBI cards, offers like 10% instant discount, no-cost EMI up to 6 months, 15 days replacement and 10 months extended guarantee are being given.

Vivo V40e will also have a ZEISS telephoto portrait camera like the previous smartphone. ZEISS cameras are known for high-quality workmanship and better light intensity. This camera has features like standard autofocus lens and manual focus.
