More than 20 electric cars have been presented in the ongoing Auto Expo at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi. The event, which started from January 17, will continue till January 22. Brands like Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Mercedes, BMW, BYD have presented their vehicles in the expo.
On the first day, Maruti-Suzuki revealed the electric car e-Vitara. At the same time, Hyundai Motor India launched its cheapest electric car Creta EV. Wayway Mobility has launched India's first solar powered car Eva on the second day of the expo.
Vietnamese company Vinfast has entered India with two electric cars. Tata Motors has introduced the Bandipur edition of Nexon EV. This special edition model is dedicated to Bandipur National Park in Karnataka which is known for tigers and elephants.
