I had my worst experience with IndiGo at Delhi airport. The behavior of the staff, especially the counter manager Sushmita Mittal, was completely unacceptable. I reached the right counter on time, but they unnecessarily sent me to another counter from Russia. Later I was told that check-in had closed, causing me to miss my flight. I had only one day off. Which is now completely ruined. To make it worse they are not providing any further helpful assistance. This is the worst airline experience ever and worst staff management I have ever seen.
