Indian Coast Guard (ICG) under the Ministry of Defense has released the notification for the recruitment of Assistant Commandant (Group 'A' Gazetted Officer). This notification has been issued for the 2026 batch. Candidates can apply by visiting the official website joinindiancoastguard.cdac.in.

Educational Qualification:

General Duty (GD):

Graduation degree. Must have passed 12th with Maths and Physics. Maths and Physics are also necessary in the syllabus of diploma holders.

For Technical Branch:

Engineering degree in Naval Architecture, Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related subject. Candidates with Electrical or Electronics Engineering can also apply.

Age Limit:

Minimum: 21 yearsMaximum: 25 years
