The first merit list for admission in Delhi School (Pre-School/Nursery/Pre-Primary/KG/Class 1) will be released today on 17th January. Allotment will be done on the basis of marks in school merit list and waiting list.

After the release of the merit list, parents will be given 10 days to resolve their queries. In this, parents can ask their questions through email or in person. After that the second merit list will be released.

More than 1,700 schools will be included
Around 1,741 private schools are participating in the Delhi Nursery Admission process. According to a media report, Prateek Gupta, Principal of Sovereign School, Rohini, had said in December, 'This year we received more than 2 thousand registrations for nursery admission, which is more than the registration done last year.
According to Venkateshwar School Principal Manisha Sharma, 'This year we have received around 3,600 nursery registrations, which is much more than previous years.'

Admission Registration Fee
The registration fee for Delhi Nursery Admission 2025 is only Rs 25. Parents will have to pay Rs 25 for the school for which they will fill the admission form. This payment is in online mode.
Admission Age Limit
For nursery admission, the child's age should be less than four years. This age must be less than five years for KG class and less than six years for class first.
Admission Criteria
Distance of home from school is also an important criterion for parents in nursery admission.
