The preliminary examination is proposed to be conducted by the Commission on 2 February 2025. In such a situation, the Commission is trying to collect information from the candidates who have applied for this examination as to how many candidates have applied for RAS 2024 despite not having the prescribed educational qualification and experience. Such candidates have been given the opportunity to withdraw online applications from 5th to 11th December. Candidates will also be able to make amendments in the application. Commission Secretary Ram Niwas Mehta said that the Commission is proposed to conduct the preliminary examination on February 2. As per the conditions mentioned in the advertisement, an opportunity is being provided to make other amendments online in addition to the candidate's name, photo, father's name, date of birth and gender. The revision period will also be from 5th to 11th December. A fee of Rs 500 will have to be deposited. Candidates should use only online modification option. Offline amendments will not be accepted. Only the date of preliminary examination has been proposed by the Commission. That too will happen in February. After the results of the preliminary examination are declared, the Commission conducts the main examination after about 3 months. In such a situation, if the Commission conducts the main examination in May-June, then one can get 6 to 7 months time for preparation. Syllabus and scheme of main examination released The syllabus and examination scheme of main examination were released on the website on Wednesday. Chief Controller of Examinations of the Commission, Ashutosh Gupta said that the syllabus of the main examination conducted by the Commission is available on the Website of the Commission in the name of Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive Main Examination 2024.
