In the case of attack on actor Saif Ali Khan, Mumbai Police again recreated the crime scene late on Monday night. According to media reports, the police took accused Shariful Islam about 500 meters away from Saif's house. After waiting here for about 4 to 5 minutes, the police came back to the station with the accused.
Earlier, the crime scene was also recreated at 3 am on Monday morning. The accused was taken to Saif's society. Shariful was also made to pack a bag similar to the one he was wearing at the time of the incident. The forensic team collected 19 fingerprints. The accused had entered Saif's house through the bathroom window and also came out from here after the attack.
Mumbai Police had arrested the accused Shariful late on the night of 19 January. Crime branch told that he was a wrestling player in Bangladesh. Shariful is on police remand for 5 days. He has been kept in Bandra Police Station.

Saif discharged from Lilavati Hospital after 5 days
Saif Ali Khan was discharged from Lilavati Hospital on Tuesday after 5 days. He was attacked with a knife at around 2.30 am on January 15. Saif had serious injuries to his neck and spine. After this, Saif reached Lilavati Hospital by auto, where he underwent surgery and treatment.

5. The labor supplier gave the mobile number of the accused, which was matched with the online payment made at the Anda Pav shop. When both the numbers matched, his location was traced.
6. He was arrested near the labor camp in Thane late on Sunday night. After this, the parents of the accused in Bangladesh identified him.
Police claim- The accused came to India and changed his name. Police also said that the full name of the arrested accused is Mohammad Shariful Islam Shahzad. His age is 30 years. After coming to India illegally, he changed his name to Vijay Das. He came to Mumbai 5-6 months ago. Used to work in a housekeeping agency here. He had entered Saif Ali Khan's apartment for the first time.
