Rakesh Roshan was shot by the people of the underworld: said- the driver was trembling, calling Hrithik and said that don't get out of the house

It was on 21 January 2000, when Rakesh Roshan was shot dead while leaving his office on Tilak Road. One bullet was on the shoulder and the other chest, despite which he went to the police station before the hospital and lodged a complaint. These bullets were fired on him by the people of the underworld. Actually, the people of the underworld had demanded money from Rakesh Roshan after success, for which he refused. Now recently Rakesh Roshan has told that after being shot, he first called son Hrithik Roshan.

Rakesh Roshan recently said in an interview to Zoom, “My driver was trembling after the shootout.” Then after going a little further, we told him to park the car and get it a little fine. I did not know that I was shot. The driver was trembling. I told him a little fine and then let's go to the police station. Those people will be around here. If you tell the police, then they may be caught. When we reached the police station, I saw that my shirt is wet and bleeding. So I tied the handkerchief.

Further Rakesh Roshan said, when we got the complaint written, the policemen sat me in their jeep and took me to Nanavati Hospital. The windshield of my car was broken. After reaching the hospital, I called my father-in-law and said that I am in Nanavati Hospital. The shootout is done, I am fine, there is no need to panic. You will give this message comfortably to my wife Pinky and children.

Hrithik was in Yash Chopra's house when the shootout took place

Rakesh Roshan further said, I called Hrithik again, at that time he was in Yash Chopra's house. I said Duggu (Hrithik) don't get out of the house. Om ji (father -in -law) calls, then come with him. Then surgery was done, the bullet was extracted. I felt that if I get nervous, the family would also panic. So I encouraged, as if nothing happened to me. Because I had thought, I was doing the same behavior.

People of underworld used to call even after shootout

Rakesh Roshan has told that even after the shootout, he used to get calls from the underworld. He said, I used to get calls. I used to talk. I sometimes talked like this that people sitting with me used to ask that you are not afraid. I used to say I don't think.
