When Priyanka's father Ashok Chopra was diagnosed with cancer, he had to be taken to Boston for treatment. Madhu Chopra told, 'My brother said that if you feel even 5% chance of his survival then bring him to Boston. And this was a different task for us, because he had to be taken by flight and no airline was ready to take such a serious patient. At this time, Priyanka was shooting for the film Krish with Hrithik Roshan and director Rakesh Roshan. Priyanka shared her problems with both of them.
