Before Akshay, Kajal Aggarwal's look from the film Kannappa has also been released. Kajal Aggarwal was seen in the role of Parvati in the poster released in the beginning of the year 2025. Before Kajal Aggarwal, this role was offered to Nupur Sanon, however she rejected the film due to schedule conflict. After this Nayanthara was going to be given the role of Parvati. Eventually Kajal Aggarwal was cast in this role.

Prabhas is going to play the role of Nandi in this film. However, if reports are to be believed, he will do a cameo in the film. At present his look has not been revealed.
