In the Renukaswamy murder case, Karnataka High Court has granted interim bail to accused actor Darshan Thugudeepa to undergo spinal cord operation. Justice S. Vishwajeet Shetty's bench on Wednesday granted six weeks interim bail to Darshan on medical grounds.
According to reports, Darshan Thoogudeepa had filed a bail plea in the Karnataka High Court for a spine surgery. The court had asked the administration to present the medical examination report in this case. The report says that Darshan may have to undergo physiotherapy or surgery for his back problem.
At the same time, the court had reserved its decision on the interim bail petition on Tuesday after hearing the arguments of senior advocate CV Nagesh and State Public Prosecutor P. Prasanna Kumar, appearing on behalf of the actor.

Know the whole matter Actually, Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa is accused of murder of fan Renukaswamy. Renukaswamy's body was found near an apartment in Bengaluru's Kamakshipalya area on June 9. When the police investigated the area around the crime scene, they saw Darshan and Pavitra leaving the crime scene in the CCTV footage. From 11 pm to 3 am, both their mobile numbers were active in the same area.
After this, Darshan and actress Pavitra were arrested on June 11. Police have so far arrested 19 people including Darshan and Pavitra in this case.

According to police investigation, 33-year-old deceased Renukaswamy was a fan of actor Darshan. In January 2024, Kannada actress Pavitra Gowda celebrated her 10th anniversary with Darshan. Due to this, their relationship came into controversy because Darshan was already married.

Renukaswamy was very angry with this news. He was continuously messaging Pavitra asking her to stay away from Darshan. Initially Pavitra ignored his messages, but later Renukaswamy started sending objectionable messages and threatening her.
After this Pavitra instigates Darshan to kill Renukaswami. Also asked to punish him. With the help of his associates, Darshan got Renukaswami kidnapped. Everyone took him to a godown. Where he was tortured before being murdered.

According to the police, Darshan and his associates beat Renukaswamy severely in the godown, due to which he died. Darshan's friends whose clothes were stained with blood after the murder. He went to the nearby Reliance store and bought new clothes and changed there.
