Answer- It is better to do Surya Namaskar at sunrise. But if you cannot get time in the morning, you can also do it in the evening at sunset. If you do not get time in the morning or evening, you can do it at any time of the day as per your convenience.

However, to do Surya Namaskar, it is necessary to have an empty stomach. There are many forms of Surya Namaskar. But only one format should be adopted and it should be studied regularly.

Dandasana

Ashtanga Namaskar
