Ajay Devgan's office space is on rent: Monthly rent is Rs 7 lakh, producer Kabir Khan rented it for 5 years

Bollywood actor Ajay Devgan owns many properties in Mumbai. Recently, Ajay has given a commercial space on rent. Producer Kabir Khan has rented it for Rs 7 lakh per month. For this, he has paid stamp duty of Rs 1.12 lakh. Ajay Devgan's commercial space is in Signature Tower, which is located on Veera Desai Road in Oshiwara. Due to easy connectivity, this area is counted among the business hubs.

According to a recent Spotboy report, Kabir Khan, who has directed films like New York, Ek Tha Tiger and Bajrangi Bhaijaan, has rented Ajay Devgan's commercial space. Along with this 3455 square feet office space, Kabir Khan has also got 3 parking areas. He has leased it for 60 months (5 years) for a deposit of Rs 30 lakh. He will pay a rent of Rs 7 lakh every month. The deal for this property was done in September itself.

Let us tell you that many Bollywood celebs including Amitabh Bachchan, Kartik Aryan, Sara Ali Khan have invested in the Signature Tower located in Oshiwara. Ajay Devgan and Kajol have bought many properties in this tower.

Talking about the work front, Ajay Devgan is currently busy shooting for the upcoming film Son of Sardar 2. This film is the sequel of Son of Sardar released in the year 2012. Apart from this, Ajay also has big films like Singham Again and De De Pyar De 2. This year, Ajay Devgan's film Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha was released, in which he appeared with Tabu.

At the same time, the film Chandu Champion, directed by Kabir Khan, was released on June 14. Karthik Aryan was in the lead role in the film.
