Bajaj Chetak Blue 3202 electric scooter launched: Special edition has a range of 137km on full charge, competes with Ola S1 Pro and Ather Rizta Z

Bajaj Auto has launched the special edition of its popular electric scooter Chetak Blue 3202 in the Indian market. The company claims that the electric scooter can run 137km on full charge. Its price has been kept at Rs 1.15 lakh (ex-showroom Bengaluru, including EMPS-2024 scheme). Like other variants, additional price will have to be paid for the Techpack package.

The price of the new Chetak Blue 3202 is Rs 8000 less than the Urban variant and equal to the Premium trim. The company has started its booking on the official website. You can book it by paying a token amount of Rs 2000. It will compete with Ather Rizta, Ola S1 Pro and TVS i-Cube. You can also buy it from e-commerce platform Amazon.

Bajaj Chetak Blue 3202: Design and Colour Options
The 3202 edition of the electric scooter has been introduced with 4 color options. These include Brooklyn Black, Cyber ​​White, Indigo Metallic and Matte Course Grey colors. The company has not made any changes in the design of the electric scooter. It comes with a steel body as before.

It has a long seat, body coloured rear view mirrors, a satin black grab rail and matching pillion footrest casting and charcoal black finish to the headlamp casing. The electric scooter comes with disc brakes, alloy wheels, LED lighting with LED DRL's, telescopic front suspension, IP67 waterproofing.

Bajaj Chetak 2901 has front trailing link suspension and rear monoshock suspension like the Urban variant. For braking, drum brakes are fitted on both sides.

Features like hill-hold control and follow me home light will be available
Talking about the features, the EV includes app connectivity options, OTA updates and a USB charging port. Opting for the Techpack package will get sport and crawl modes, along with hill-hold assist and roll-over detection.

Apart from this, functions like turn-by-turn navigation, music control, call alert and colored TFT display with customizable theme, follow me home light reverse function and eco-riding mode with smart-key will be available as standard.

Range of 137km on full charge and top speed of 73kmph
The Chetak Blue 3202 Special Edition gets a 3.2kWh battery pack like the premium variant, but due to the new technology cells in its battery, the range on full charge has increased from 126 km to 137 km.

It takes 5 hours and 30 minutes to charge. This is more than the range of 127 km of the current premium model. The top speed of this electric scooter is 73kmph.
