The Bombay High Court will hear the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput and Disha Salian murder case on February 19. According to media reports, the hearing will be held on a PIL (PIL), demanding the arrest of Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aditya Thackeray and a CBI inquiry.
According to the report of Bollywood Hungama, the petition has also said that the CBI should present a full report about its investigation. Also, investigation should be started against Aditya Thackeray as soon as possible.
Shiv Sena (UBT) MLA Aditya Thackeray gave an application in this PIL, in which he said that the court should listen to them before taking any decision. He also said that this PIL is not correct, because the state is investigating the matter.
Petition was filed in September 2023
In September 2023, the Supreme Court and High Court and Litigants Association President Rashid Khan Pathan filed a petition in the case, after which Maharashtra Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis came into action.

Sansat died 6 days after Disha's death
On 14 June 2020, the body of Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging on the noose in his flat room. At the same time, a few days before this, on 8 June, his manager Disha Salian also died after falling from the 14th floor of the building. Both deaths were suspicious, but till date no one has been disclosed.
According to the reports that came in the media, Sushant's girlfriend Riya Chakraborty was accused of taking drugs herself and also gave it to Sushant. In this case, Narcotics Control Bureau also arrested Riya and arrested him. Riya and her brother had to stay in jail for a month during this period.
