Lawyer Ali Kashif Khan Deshmukh says that when the woman went to Sharad's house on his call, the actor was under the influence of alcohol. Apart from this, there were no clothes on his body. He tried to force it. The woman immediately ran away from there. After this, angry Sharad scolded her very badly through voice note. Even lewd comments were made on her body parts.
Actually Sharad had called the woman to his house by lying. He told the woman that he had an office in Khar, Mumbai. However, when the woman reached there, she came to know that it was not an office but Sharad's house.
