The person who threatened Shahrukh arrested from Raipur: Had said in the threat – Give 50 lakhs or else I will kill you

Shahrukh Khan was given death threats on 5 November.

The person who threatened to kill Shahrukh Khan on November 5 has been arrested. The actor's team had lodged a complaint against the person making the threat at Bandra Police Station, after which police investigation was started. The number from which he was threatened was registered in the name of Faizan Khan, a lawyer living in Raipur.

According to the report, on Tuesday morning Mumbai Police CSP Ajay Singh and his team reached Raipur with transit remand. Here Faizan was arrested from his house. Today he will be presented in the court.

According to Aaj Tak reports, the police had reached Faizan Khan a few days after receiving the threat, although he had said that he would come to Mumbai to record his statement on November 14. Faizan had told in the initial statement that the number from which Shahrukh was threatened, belonged to him, however, just 3-4 days before the threat, his mobile phone was stolen on November 2.

However, now Mumbai Police has arrested him.

It was said in the threat – I will kill Shahrukh According to the DCP, a call was received from an unknown number at Bandra Police Station. In this the caller threatened and said, I will kill Shahrukh of the band stand. If I am not given 50 lakhs, I will kill Shahrukh Khan. When the caller was asked his name, the reply was – It doesn't matter to me, my name is Hindustani.

After receiving the complaint, three police officers from Mumbai reached Raipur. On Wednesday night he stayed in a hotel in Raipur. In the early morning, they went to Faizan's house after checking the location of the mobile SIM in Pandari area. Interrogated for about 2 hours regarding the threatening call.

Faizan had complained about the loss of SIM to the police station on 4 November.

Threat given through lost mobile During interrogation, Faizan told that his mobile was lost on 2 November, the complaint of which he had lodged at Khamhardih police station on 4 November, whereas the phone call was made at Bandra Police Station on 5 November. Faizan was released after showing the copy of the complaint at the police station. He has been called to Mumbai on 14th November for questioning again.

Shahrukh tried to incite riot While describing the scene of the film Anjaam in the complaint, Faizan had said that Shahrukh Khan comes from a particular religion. They want to instigate riots by hurting Bishnoi community. In October, he had complained to the Mathaniya police station of Jodhpur in Rajasthan and the Bandra police, including the Mumbai police commissioner, against the police for creating a rift between the two communities.

In his complaint to the SSP, he has stated that there is a threat to his and his family's life from Shahrukh Khan.
