In Haryana, HCS officer Kulbhushan Bansal was arrested by the police from Hisar on Saturday (November 9). The police got Bansal medically examined at the civil hospital. After this he was presented in the court.

Kulbhushan Bansal was accused of sexual exploitation by a Dalit man. The man alleged that the officer made him massage his private parts at gunpoint. He had sent a written complaint to the SC Commission, CM Window, Punjab and Haryana High Court judge demanding action against the officer.
After which Kulbhushan Bansal, posted as SDM in Hansi, was suspended on 7 November. Also, a case was registered against him under various sections in the Civil Lines of Hisar. A day earlier on Friday, the police recorded the statement of the victim in the court.
After this, the police reached Bansal's house in Hansi and investigated. Based on the victim's statement and evidence, today DSP Sunil Kumar arrested Bansal.
The person said – when he protested, he threatened him with a pistol
HCS officer Kulbhushan Bansal, who was posted as SDM in Hansi, was accused of sexual harassment by a person from Dalit community. The victim told that he works as a massage therapist. On the pretext of getting a massage, the accused officer got the massage done in the private part and when she protested, threatened her with a pistol. The victim has also sent a video to higher authorities, in which the officer is seen misbehaving with her.
The victim said in the complaint that if he protested, the officer threatened to fire him from his job and even kill him. Due to this he is very upset. Haryana government has become active in this matter and called for the report of this entire matter through the Intelligence Department. After this this action was taken.
The victim has shared the video with higher officials, in which the officer is making the victim do wrong things.

1- Used to get massage done for Rs 200 In the complaint, a person from Dalit community living in Fatehabad district said – I have been doing massage work since 2020. The officer used to call me for massage for Rs 200.
2- Pistol shown on protest About 6 months ago the officer called me for massage. First she got a massage. After this she said that my private parts were itching. He also asked me to itch. When I refused, he took out his pistol and threatened to fire me and kill me.
3- The situation of suicide has come I am very upset with these actions of the officer. I have faced the threat of suicide to save my honour. A case should be registered against the accused officer and strictest action should be taken.
The victim said – the officers are putting pressure
The victim told that the video is from about one and a half months ago. After that I went once more. After that I stopped going. I showed the video to the people of the society. Now I want legal action. I have complained to many officials. I will also go to the Chief Minister, I will also go to Anil Vij. Now many officials are also putting pressure on me. Officials are saying that the department is being insulted by this matter. There is a threat to my life also. I don't understand what to do and where to go.

Main complainant of sexual harassment at IPS did not meet Haryana Women Commission
On November 7, 7 women policemen reached the Faridabad office of the Women's Commission in connection with the case of sexual exploitation of women policemen in Haryana. These women were the ones who had given statements in favor of the accused. Women Commission Chairperson Renu Bhatia has said that the woman DSP was also interrogated. The policewoman, who is the main complainant, did not participate in the interrogation.
