Salman Khan firing case: Accused Vicky will not be released: Court rejected bail plea, said- intention was to murder, if given bail then he will commit crime again

The bail plea of ​​Vicky Gupta, one of the attackers who opened fire outside Salman Khan's house, has been rejected. The special court hearing cases under the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act (MCOCA) has refused to grant bail to Vicky.

The court said that if the accused is released, he may commit such an incident again in future. The court has accepted that the intention of the accused was to murder Salman.

The accused said- I was riding the bike, there was no intention to cause harm. The court had rejected the bail plea of ​​Vicky Gupta on Thursday (October 17). Its copy has been released today. Vicky said in his defense, 'I was just riding a motorcycle, the shooter was sitting behind me. I had no intention of harming Salman.

Vicky said that he was simply a victim of circumstances and it is not right to keep him in continuous custody.

Court accepted – the accused fired the bullet at the same place where Salman often greets the fans. While reading the order, Justice BD Shelke mentioned the FIR filed by Salman Khan. It is clearly written in the FIR that the accused opened fire on the balcony of Galaxy Apartment, where Salman often greets his fans. He also sits there every morning.

Justice Shelke said that if we look at Salman's FIR and the place where he was shot, it seems that both the accused had come with the intention of killing the actor.

The accused were arrested from Gujarat Mumbai Police had arrested the shooters Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal from Gujarat. Apart from this, Anuj Thapan (32) was arrested from Punjab on April 26 along with another person in this case.

Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's brother Anmol had taken responsibility for the attack. According to Mumbai Crime Branch officials, gangster Lawrence and his brother Anmol have been declared wanted accused in this case. After the attack, Anmol took responsibility for the firing outside Salman's house by writing a post on Facebook.
